    Subject:When you ship my order?

    Hi,

     

    I have contacted several times and have not received any response.

    So I ask for the last time when you ship?
    I would also like to know how I can cancel the order and request a full refund.
    If no response has yet by 15/08 will open a dispute on Paypal.

    Forget it -- Goodluckbuy is happy to take your money but their service is awful.

    I have given up ever seeing the products I paid for and they claim to have shipped twice -- but they still can\'t offer even a tracking number.

    There are now plenty of other places to buy this kind of stuff on the Net.  Don\'t waste your money with GLB.

    Responding to emails is not done, so it seems. I placed 3 orders on GLB but all 3 were cancelled and the money was refunded. Since I really like some of the stuff, I wrote several emails to ask them why the orders were cancelled. I received no reply. Even on the forum I can see very little response from GLB. Although I did receive a totall refund, I still am very unpleased about the way they conduct their business, totally ignoring the (paying)  customer. I expect GLB will not respond to this item, but maybe other buyers will be warned.

    Thanks for your order,We are sorry for the confusion.When the customer said they couldn\'t receive the package,we would send the products twice according to the express situation.However,some places is so strange,the customer couldn\'t get it again.We are so sorry for it,but we also have no idea and cannot control the problem of Local Express Delivery.
